The design draws from the awe-inspiring forest of 134 giant sandstone columns—each shaped like open papyrus stalks—while its silhouette echoes the timeless beauty of the lotus motifs I encountered in Egypt.
In ancient Egyptian culture, the lotus symbolized the birth of the sun and the hope of rebirth. With this handmade ceramic lamp, finished in matte dark gold with subtle gold accents, I aim to capture that interplay of light and shadow, infusing modern interiors with the quiet power and serenity of ancient civilizations. When lit, the filament glows like the heart of a lotus, softly radiating golden light that has traveled through three millennia, blooming gently in every corner.
Gold accents and subtle hieroglyphic details further evoke the divine, making each lamp not only a functional piece but also a unique work of art that carries an indescribable, sacred aura.
